I'll start by saying that this course has a lot of potential. They've installed very nice baskets. It played significantly harder than I was expecting from the satellite view. The overall design is a cool design that heavily makes use of the hill that the course is built on. Most shots shoot uphill, with a Top of the World downhill shot on 11. This course heavily punishes you for landing out of position. 1) If there's more than a light wind, I'd recommend playing somewhere else. The course is on top of a hill, and pretty much every shot is either uphill or downhill. Unless you are able to hit your angles perfectly every time, it's a bogey-fest. Absolutely BRUTAL. 2) The teepad areas are very rough. It would help a lot to rent a gas powered tiller and tamper to make the teepad areas flat. Hole 3 is particularly bad with basically no runup for throwing straight up a steep hill. 3) Hole 7 is NOT a par 3, it should be a par 4. It plays WAY farther than the listed distance (430ft I think?). It shoots pretty steeply uphill and around a big group of trees. If you get stuck behind the group of trees (which is very easy to do) you're looking at a double bogey, best case scenario with the current par 3. 4) A porta potty by the shed near the hole 2 teepad would go a long way. I understand not wanting to leave the church unlocked but not having a restroom in a place where you're going to spend some time and drink a lot of water is tough. I'll have to come back on a day when it's not windy to see how it plays. Looking forward to playing it as a full 18 once it's matured a bit.

Fun course with some fairly long holes. A couple of par 4 holes would improve it and a few more woods holes. A couple of trees need cleared out in the woods to have a better line towards the basket instead on plinko. Hole 11 is a lot of fun
