About the course

This is a mixed object course located near the beautiful "Yellowstone Lake". There are a few basket which will share "Holes" with one another, as the others are Trees, Wooden Post, Power Boxes or just plain ol' logs! Take your time and you'll have a great time. (Download the Course Map and Course Details, as cell service is spotty. Verizon is the primary carrier.) There are and can be "wildlife" (Elk, Bear, Fox etc.) in the area, so bring Bear Spray, just in case! And, watch your step for rough terrain and animal droppings, they're all over. Ha! Ha! Also check out the video posted on a YouTube page for further understanding of the course.

This is my first course that I learned to play discgolf on in 96. I’ve always come back to play over the years. May it never change and always be a reminder of the good times working at Lake Hotel.

Woodsy course with decent mix of elevation, open, and technical shots. Design isn’t great and just a mix between baskets and obstacle holes. Dirt tee pads can be tough to find and no signage whatsoever. It’s not a great course. But… playing a round of disc golf in Yellowstone is still pretty cool. Bring good shoes, bear spray, watch out for scat, and have fun. Seems to be a course set up for employees but it was easy to park and get to and nice to get away from the crowded attractions for a bit.
