About the course

Glenwood Lake DGC is a 9 hole course located in the city park. Please be considerate of runners and walkers on the nature trails around the course. The course has 9 concrete tee pads with a short (white) and long (orange) basket for each hole. The course has a good change in elevation throughout. Beginner friendly with a variety of technical shots to make an enjoyable round for any skill level. We have plans to expand the course and add a "back" 9 holes through the wooded portion of the property. Nice views. Good course, which isn't too long. Teee, signage, baskets all good. Two baskets installed for every hole. More open than not. with trees really only coming into play on a few holes. Nice elevation changes, where it is steep in a couple short spots. Really, the biggest challenge is to play smart with the elevation changes, as there is above average chance to have discs roll downhill from multiple baskets. If expanded to 18, appears most of it would be in the woods, which could really make this course standout.
