I don't want to tank this course's ratings by giving it a 1 star so I will be somewhat nice and give it a 3 acknowledging that this kind of course just is not for me. The designers tried to help people find their way but I just don't think it's enough. Blind shots in DEEP brush just isn't fun for me. It felt like I was bushwhacking my way to some of the baskets, too. If that's your idea of fun, more power to you! Really disappointed that we drove all this way out of SB to play and only got to 6's tee and saw "blind shot" or something similar in the description and said we had had enough. Just not for me, that's all.
@parr0113
Hard to call this a “course”. 18 baskets dropped on a mountain is more accurate. Nearly every shot is a blind shot with no fairways/clearings to aim at. This is 2+ hours of bushwhacking up and down a mountain while searching for discs. By the end I was considering quitting disc golf altogether…
@noahbaker
A lot going on here.. Really hilly and sort of a goofy layout. Showed me how out of shape I am. I really enjoyed the holes near the top of the ridge. Hole nine made no sense to me whatsoever. Really cool playing on a mountain with no one else around.
@zaclow
Beautiful course, but maintaining the course has obviously not been a priority for the owner in some time.
@timbo11
This course was a ton of fun to play and it's not done yet . You are definitely in for a bit of hiking but you get some great views!
@ryzerg
Some of the signage and distances seemed a little off. Nice property and landscape, seems like a work in progress that could eventually be great.
@throttlerod
Yes this is a pay to play, but this is one of the best mountain courses in the state. We camp and play all over and this is s gem! Thank you to the owner for his dedication to the sport. Will play this again!!
@hpeezy96
0 star if possible. I was in town for a week and didn’t know about the course, but now I do. Avoid this course at all costs (literally).
@robinsonrec
Some really cool shots and then some really overgrown throw and pray kind of shots too. Some nice views as you climb up and down this course!
@jasongaskill
This is one of the best mountain courses I have played in Colorado. So much variety for shot choice, and the views are awesome. Bring lots of water as you will want it.
@spacetimecliff
Needs a ton of work. Way overgrown, easy to lose a disc. Impossible to play without a spotter. No Tee boxes. Mostly blind shots over thick trees. Pretty views if you’re willing to endure it though.
@chump03
Bring pants! The burrs are terrible. Almost every hole is blind and very few are even reachable in 1….. or even 2!
@wayahcvt
Amazing course but not for the faint of heart. Be ready to hike; you’re playing on the side of a mountain. Fantastic signage for tee pads & baskets. Many treed shots with markers pointing way to basket as they are blind. Some fairways harder to identify on the more technical courses but course map at every tee pad helps.
@torreypup
Fun course, beautiful, creative, challenging. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Excellent directional signs and descriptions on the course. As noted, a spotter is helpful.
@sam567
Super fun course to play through as long as your ready to get in a good workout as well. Takes advantage of different elevation levels to give the player a unique experience.
@dddray
Great mountain course, lots of elevation and still lots of snow. Cant wait to see it all melted!
@bb0yd01
Super rugged bushwhacking every whole. Most holes have zero sight lines to the hole, mostly blind shots. Poor upkeep. Good descriptions and marking.
@mattzhat
I really liked this course. By far the most technical course I have found near the boat. Would have 5 stars but some signs are missing. Having a spotter is definitely recommended.
