About the course
Henderson Park was the start of the roll that Auckland Disc Golf is experiencing - Council funded baskets in the ground. Designed and maintained by the good guys at Disc Shop NZ.
Always support local shops and buy from them.
Beautiful maintained park near public transport and shops.
Play the well signposted GREEN 10 holes and then go round again from the longer BLUE 10 holes tees for an extra challenge. Pretty much the same holes but longer tee locations and OB pathways. See hole notes on the App for rules.
Wednesday Night league from 5.30pm during daylight savings.
The Disc Shop Disc Golf crew have upgraded things and there are now premium teepads at nearly every hole.

Park course, entirely flat, makes good use of trees for tight tunnels and shaped shots. Long nine a nice step up in difficulty without being extreme.

Good course overall. Have to watch out for dog walker, walkers, bikers, the lot. At the moment there is a bee hive at the las hole. It is marked with a standard and sign but just be careful
