About the course
Limited mobility/cane accessible
Quite hilly and steep in some areas, but the fairways are all clear of debris and there are benches at every tee to rest at. The Red layout is more accessible and does not see as many elevation changes compared to the Blue tees. Well-deserving of its titles as best course in Canada and one of the top courses in the world. A beautiful weave through the scenic forrest with some challenging ponds and elevation changes. I was surprised that the much shorter red layout kept the same pars as the longer Blues, and I assumed it would be an easy round because of it. But I still struggled to get the pars or better as the lines are tight and the trees are punishing. Nice additions to the experience are the cool clubhouse, washrooms, disc rentals, poles with a hook to retrieve pond discs, a good warm up area, and a 2nd short course.
