Historic, beautiful course. Mostly open, short holes. Only one hole over 300. Well designed for variety, considering the limited obstacles. Great beginner, casual or quick course. Many ace/birdie opportunities.

"This is an amazing course for beginners or to practice your midrange/putter drives. It’s in a really nice park with an easy flow follow. Apparently it’s the oldest course in NC!
Only complaint is that the fairways are a little close together, so you really have to watch out for errant shots when the course is busy.
Worth playing if you’re in the area!"

"Simple course, just needs better direction and signage. Fun to play and easy for beginners."
