Nice mix of open and closed holes. Difficult to navigate and I couldn't find a couple of holes. The closed holes have very tight lines and you will likely lose a disc here

Holes 14-16 are swamped from recent rains so it is also very high grass. Pulled 2 ticks off my pants. The rest of the course is solid and fun!

Front 9 are a good mix of open fields, woods and elevation. Don’t bother with the back 9. They are partially under water and the grass is long.

Front 9 is a fun little rec track, with some interesting woods holes in the back half of the front 9, with very cool open wooded fairways. Tee pads are small. Short tee pads are “non existent”. Good baskets. Back 9 the wheels come off a bit. Tee pads are currently a jumble of rubber mats. Hole 10 is kind of hard to find. 12 is a cool wide open bomb into a field from an elevated tee. 14-16 were in unplayable, baskets under water. Given it has not rained in a few days, my guess is the pin locations are just in a bad spot. Not a ton of interesting shot shapes on the back 9, just longer holes. Pretty spot with Mountains as backdrop.

Course 14, 15, and 16 were partially flooded with a few inches of clear water and mud.

As a designer and builder of more than 4 courses in New England This property has so much potential but the current design needs some major changes. First and foremost huge safety issues H9 tee pad is in a blind position for people throwing H8. H12 cars on road are blind from tee pad, several other earlier tee pads in spots here someone can get hit. Blue layout lacked any kind balance going from a 180’ Par 3 to a 400’ Par 3. It was very wonky design as even the short holes weren’t challenging an advanced player technically and the distance holes were boring basic shapes. I think this property can be amazing bc of the blend of open and woods shots but it needs some major design changes.

Nice variety of shots. Holes 14-16 have 6” standing water on them.

Tee pads need some work, and back 9 can get overgrown in the summer. Lots of fun holes. Short wooded shots, long open shots. Great design.

No upkeep on the back 9. 14-16 underwater 17-18 overgrown, even a good throw you will lose a disc with the height of grass. Shouldn’t cost $5 if there is no course maintenance

Played the front 9 and it was in good condition. Basket 7 is back to the old spot which I love! 10/10 will play again

What happened to the hanging basket on 7? Confusing layout on that hole. Otherwise it’s nice.

Back 9 Field has been mowed. Not too wet on 14-16.
