Design is poor, some holes and baskets play to close to private property. I had to walk through water to get to hole 1s tee.. place is built in a swap area, lots of blood sucker's. Grass is tall inch but then again it's hard to mow wet lands. Also several holes need tree trimming, to remove all those new growths. I even ace hole 9, and don't care for this course.

Well designed course, I was impressed. Short and long pads with enough signage to navigate the course. The entire course was wet so it felt like the spawn point for every mosquito in the state, but even that didn't detract from the course design. No hole felt like a filler hole plus some fun par 4s.
