@amager
This course needs to be updated on this app. They have 18 holes instead of 9.
@skyprophet
Decent course with incredible mountain views. Tee pads need some maintenance.
@discboy18
Still a fun course
@paintbing
Don't bother smart layout no good. 9 foot bushes everywhere so you'll be hunting for discs more than playing.
@brycef
Do not play the main layout. Almost every throw is blind and the landing zones aren’t clear. If you do play stick with the SUDGA nine layout. The tee posts have signs saying the SUDGA members who maintain the wholes but it seems they all moved away and no one else stepped up to maintain it.
@kyleroeder78
Dont leave the park area. The holes in the brush are just not worth the hassle.
@mitwade
Missing a few holes and tee boxes
@gavinbishop20
Basket 13 and 14 are missing
@jonhullinger
I can tell some work has been done over the summer here. A few new holes have been installed to replace the ones the river washed away. Fun course but towards the end, a few holes need redesigned. We threw from the drop zone on one of them to avoid launching over a full parking lot, and a random sidewalk area on another to avoid throwing over tiny children playing. Really glad to see this course getting some much needed attention.
@carterfilion
13 & 14 baskets were washed away but other than that great course
@frosty420
Extremely overgrown. Half of the course is unplayable due to overgrown weeds. You can watch your shot and still have zero idea where it went because there are so many weeds hiding everything. The other half of the course is sub par. Extremely close to pedestrians and public use areas, which if they are in use make the other half of the course unplayable. This course needs an extreme makeover. I used to love this course 6 years ago but I came back to visit and was extremely disappointed. Probably won't be playing this course again unfortunately.
@axtonhatch
A few holes are gone cause of the river and erosion
@robdog
Hole 6: basket missing. Hole 7: tee there but a bit broken up. Wouldn't throw without a spotter; very brushy. Hole 13: basket missing. River took it. Wouldn't throw without spotter anyway; too brushy. Hole 14: both tee and basket are gone. River took them too. Hole 16: Tee placement is just wrong. The only throw is through the parking lot. Any car there is likely to get nailed. Hole 17: Forget it if there are park users. Hole 18: same as 17.
@haydoenloe
Front 9 and some of the back 9 have challenging landscapes making hard to find a disc on your drives. The tees area were average on about half of the holes there over half were either missing or not good. Holes 6, 13, and 14 are missing. 14 has neither a tee area or a basket.
@mkorologos
We have been playing the upper holes around the park using the SUDGA 2024 Layout. There is a 9 hole and 18 hole version. I would recommend only playing that course as of Oct 2024 that stays in the grassy park area, the lower holes by the river are very overgrown and some baskets and tees are missing and you will lose a lot of discs. The main course is great when it's not overgrown.
@cannman
Really enjoyed playing the front nine at Pine View. Mostly open with more bushes than trees. Good variety of distances and down hill throws Many greens can be tricky for C1 putts to keep it challenging. Solid tee pads, good signage and appreciate arrows pointing to the next tee pad.
@goldilocks22
Really nice to play when the foliage is down. Super enjoyable, Southern, Utah course!
@coltinwinder
I wouldn’t recommend playing any time within the months of maybe April to at least September or October. Once the shrubbery has grown out it’s almost impossible to play. Way too tall and barely any fairways left to try to play. As many others have said even with people watching the throws it’s still possible to lose discs because of how thick and tall the weeds are. Unless a lot of changes were made to clean the course up and make it truly playable, probably wouldn’t come back unless I knew there would hardly be any weeds.
@owenmillet
3 holes are washed away and the course has pretty much been abandoned in the ruff.
@cheatinlefty
Pineview is quickly becoming one of the best courses in St. George better looking fairways and some benches have been added
