About the course
First Tee is just to the right once you cross the pedestrian bridge over the illecillewaet coming from Town. Most tees are branches assembled in a box. The first tee is just the asphalt before the walking trail.
It's a relatively short course, fairly technical. Mostly only playable in the spring before the grasses grow. It was established ~2017 and recently (Apr 2021) refurbished with new tonals and tees.

With the industrial course taking all the attention having new baskets and tee pads the flats course is very quite. Almost all of the original targets are missing and the tee pads are overgrown and not easy to spot.

Overgrown and not playable due to flooding in flats most of the year. Long grass.
