With the industrial course taking all the attention having new baskets and tee pads the flats course is very quite. Almost all of the original targets are missing and the tee pads are overgrown and not easy to spot.

Overgrown and not playable due to flooding in flats most of the year. Long grass.

Could use better course signage as some parts become a little bit confusing.
