About the course

The Sand Hill Nature Trail DGC plays throughout Buncombe county sports park, utilizing elevation well and offering shots of various distances. Great for those newer to disc golf while still challenging the more advanced player. -Very Hilly -Moderately Wooded -Light water in play on 2 holes In November of 2024, the Western North Carolina Disc Golf Association along side Buncombe County Parks and Recreation have returned the course back to a full 18 hole layout!

Great use of space and elevation. Makes you consider your shot on a lot of holes. Definitely a bit clustered being in a park, but would recommend playing!

Slippery when wet , caution walking the muddy fairways. Overall an amazing design with good upkeep. I would recommend this park to any of my friends.
