About the course
Beautiful piece of property tucked back off the highway. Apartment complex with a med/short length course with some nice views is a work in progress and continues to improve as it's upgraded and added to. 7 permanent DD patriot baskets with large concrete tee areas permanent signs currently in the works, Along with two securely anchored yet temp axiom baskets, which may get temp plywood/turf pads. Course will be in a constant state of improvement but playable. It's a nice little course with fun ace runs. Tight gaps steep downhill and short uphill shots. Will advise the ground cover in the woods is heavy and easy to lose a disc (I speak from experience) I will be doing what I can to keep it tamed but a spotter would help or just keep it on the trail in the fairway lol. 2x270 ft holes a couple 250 and few 200ish the three shortest 140-175 are into tight gaps so challenging but fun. Bring your favorite straight flying putter at hyzer flip a midrange. Glow rounds are fine as long as common courtesy is followed. This is an apartment building grounds so limiting loud noise at night
And be respectful. Please take any trash with you and clean up after your dogs.

Course is easy to get to but rough through the woods and steep elevation changes can make it challenging for limited mobility hole 2 and 9 straight and flat accessible from the parking lot.

Really not bad with making use of the land. However, with HEAVY caution, watch out for dog poop. I guess residents are not required to pick up after their pets.
