About the course

The first tee is to the left of parking lot right next to road while hole 18s basket is on the right side of parking lot as you pull in. The course is very wooded and has a lot of elevation changes and quite a few blind tee shots. This is a 100% wooded course, no open holes on the course. Lots of people hating on this course because it’s TOUGH. The people saying there aren’t lines to baskets on this course are incredibly salty. Every hole has a defined fairway and a defined way to get to the basket. The lines are just tough to hit. Some of the fairways are rugged but welcome to Virginia. This course is one of the best true wooded courses I’ve ever played. It’s hard but fun and extremely rewarding when you play well on it.

This property is amazing but the course itself is very rough around the edges. Not worth going out of your way to play but worth dropping by if you happen to be in the area. With a couple work days with a handful of people the fairways and paths between holes could be cleared of big rocks and debris to help with navigability and aesthetics. The challenging lines are fun and rewarding when hit but a few could use a couple more trees cut down for a more defining fairway. Overall a good course that has potential to be great with some attention to detail.
