About the course
Moderately hilly and heavily wooded. Two water carries, a unique feature in Charlotte area courses. The holes are not too long, but very wooded and technical, forcing accuracy. The Scrapyard is named after the fundraising efforts of the Charlotte Disc Golf Club President Ralph Vickers. Funds for this course were raised from donations of scrap metal.

Fantastic wooded course with great upkeep. Fairways always have a clear route (or two) to the basket. Expect your disc to skip on the dirt. A couple water carries add to the fun. The tees/signage are superb. The back nine fairways get noticeably more narrow than the front nine.

Don’t waste your time at Hornets Nest, just go to Scrapyard.

Well kept challenging wooded course with tight lines and a variety of shots. Signature water hole. Highly recommended for those advanced players. Beginners welcome but would tell brand new players to stay away.

It's alright, fun course, haven't played it in awhile, doesn't seem like that's a bad decision
