@joshschloe
Has some potential but horribly maintained. Insanely long grass in the fairways and thick rough. Would play alright with a lot of love but not worth going out of your way to play.
@gqueisser
very nice course, nothing above and beyond to make it stand out imo
@billthecrusher
Superb course! Long/short tees & baskets all 18. Tees/signs/baskets very nice. Longs are very challenging. Worth the trip
@jscotty
Almost a 5 star course . Solid 4.5. Well maintained and fun course just needs little better design.
@cs9320
Great course. Large shot variety and good mix of wooded, open, and semi wooded holes. Two sets of baskets per hole. This place has open holes done right! Good elevation and obstacles in play. The walks between some holes is pretty far and it is tough to play blind. Flags on baskets would do wonders and same with more arrows.
@prestidigit8tor
Super nice woods course with grassy fairways. Alot of variety and fun shots. Nice baskets, teepads, and tee signs. Could use a few more navigation signs.
@orioncouling
One of my favorite courses. Clearly well loved.
@watchitbend
Overall, I won't rate a course more than a 4, if I wouldn't play it again while traveling through. I value consistent layout, so it bugs me a little when not all holes have two tees and two baskets...here most holes had a shared tee, and some holes only had one basket. I don't remember when this was built, but it is definitely getting grown in. Not yet overgrown, but definitely not manicured, and lots of low limbs that could be cut. It was a fun course, and lots of great effort went into it. It's just not in the top 20% of courses I've played (over 350).
@carvingfairways
Beautiful course!! Watch for the video flyover at carvingfairways on YouTube.
@robmarley420
Dank.
@alkirkwoo
Course is open! Lots of tall grass on the fairways though
@nickdegroote
Amazing course with many different layouts to keep it interesting. 400 feet of power definitely helps here from longs. Challenging but very fair, lots of benches and perfect tees makes this a 5.0 for me
@independentdg
Great job!!! 2 baskets on all possible holes. One of Wisconsin’s best courses!
@chrispreperato
Pretty hard to beat. Despite being right near the road he spent most of the time in a pretty serene setting tucked away from it. The short walks between the holes makes each hole feel distinct. There’s some really clever use of elevation to create a challenging course that’s still really fair. There are also short tee pads on all the par fours. There’s not a lot of great options nearby so what a blessing it is to have this right here
@adkuck
Very awesome course and a must play. The course has a little of everything from left, right, uphill, and downhill holes. Beautiful course with many wooded and technical holes. Great teepads & well maintained. Multiple baskets/pins on most holes. There’s a donation box at the course for people to donate to upkeep & improvements. VFW bar next door with good food & beer. This course is one of the best courses in WI, especially for being free. Definitely a course worth donating to.
@zap005
Watch out for parsnips.
@clinton
Excellent fun! Rough and tough but well laid out and maintenance is adequate. Could use some spray in the rough. Ran into a lot of poison ivy. Trees are strategically placed to deter the perfect line for most bh shots. Quite tight lines.
@widgtraveler
I have so much fun every time I make it out here! Even the more open holes are fun here, as there are still plenty of fair obstacles. Very solid design overall.
@baueezy
Great mix of wooded and open fairways, as well as long and short tee pads. When mowed, truly a gem! (The roughs are definitely rough tho)
