9 hole in a nice community park with a mix of open and technical shots. Teepads are concrete and in good condition. Most of them have signage showing hole map, length, and OB. Some have been torn out of the ground. Wayfinding is basically nonexistent without UDisc. Baskets are new and in good condition. Shot variety is pretty low with most being hyzer or straight shots.
