Fun 9 hole course with some cool shots. Has potential to create new layouts with teepads to different baskets.
@rs1019
Hole 7 needs to be mowed or something along with the mount that is part of hole 2. New signs hole 3 and 6 and put hole 4 sign on 4 not 3. Easy fixes.
@alcity21
Decent little three par with many birdie opportunities.
@gregband
There are about three shots with very narrow openings, throwing through wooded areas. Easy to lose discs.
@srasnake
Enjoyed the course - short, sweet, and quiet, which is great for beginners.
@sethposton
It isn’t horrible, but the signage is wrong on hole number three and you actually have to tee off from number four. It’s kind of rundown and dumpy.
@justchrisfr
Right next to the highway so super windy, the course is very obviously an after thought but ok overall
@afishtuba
Really does need updated maps and some holes actually need a map of the layout.
@cristalh
Better signs would be great
@alechengehold
To be precise I’d give it 3.2 in current conditions. With signs replaced to be accurate, and some way finding it could be 3.6, and maybe 3.7 or 3.8 with hole 9 changed/replaced/improved. With more holes after those changes you’d be looking at probably 4.2. You’ll /need/ UDisc to play this course as it is. That said, really nice baskets, grass generally trimmed, some good shot types, concrete pads (small, but fine for standstill drives which I prefer). Don’t expect to play fully if it’s crowded for other sports though. Overall, worth a play, and worth playing regularly for convenience if you live close. Not a “destination” though. Can a 9 hole be a destination? South Fork Park nearby is as close as I’ve seen, and you still will generally just want to play it when you’re around for Idlewild. Overall, had fun at Walton, but probably won’t be back often despite living close.
@diceman
The course is well maintained, a decent bit of shot variety for a nine hole community park course. Nothing super long, nothing super challenging. Tee pads leave a little to be desired, but baskets and signage are excellent.
@bluefields
Northern Kentucky's best kept secret. A sweet little 9 hole that has very little traffic. It's been very ignored and neglected for years but 2019 has resurrected the course.
@herrm2291
Tee pads wayyyyyy to short, lost hole info is completely incorrect. Aside from those 2 things, it’s really nice.
@maddisc22
The course has been updated with new dynamic disc baskets since the last time I played. Made the experience better.
@hhodge
Graffiti on some of the signs. Sign missing on one of the tees. Great course for beginners and if the park doesn't have any events like baseball.
@maeglytm82
Missing sign on 4 and tee pads could be longer but great baskets and a great 9 hole course with a wide variety of shots.
