Surprisingly strong, well-rounded course with a good mix of tight wooded holes and longer, more open fairways, generally tight but fair lines throughout. • Best stretch is holes #4–9, a varied and engaging run that mixes elevation, wooded shots, doglegs, and ace runs, easily the highlight of the course. • Front 9 is clearly stronger and more polished, while the back 9 still feels unfinished in spots, with some walking-trail fairways and leftover elements from older layouts. • Three tee options provide variety, short and mid tees play well and feel intentional, long tees feel forced and detract from the course. • Major weaknesses are signage and navigation, confusing transitions, overlapping walking paths, and lack of on-course amenities. • Overall: a solid, underrated course with real variety and fun shot shaping, especially from the short and mid tees. Worth playing and closer to a 3.5-level experience than its reputation suggests.

Has potential but long walks, no signage and thick rough make it hard to enjoy
