Front 9 is amazing!! Then the ridiculous back 9 begins.... The walks are ridiculously long, lots of wasted space. I'd prefer playing the front 9 multiple times then ever touch the back 9

Blue tees are poorly thought out and many are unplayable/dangerous. Many blue tees have no real lines. Pars seem to be randomly assigned. Some tee signs seem to be in the middle of the tee area and there are trees in some tee areas. Other tees may be better, but I would avoid the blues. Only thing this course has going for it (based on the blue tees) is that the walk is pleasant.

Great shot variety, #11 is a dumb blind shot

Absolutely love the layout, the hole designs are creative and interesting. Good mix of woods, open, and park style. Only thing keeping this from being a 5 for me is the lack of tee pads. Also, as a lefty, some of the tee signs are placed so that I could easily hit them in my backswing. .
